By accessing and using the Robert Robey Concrete website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Robert Robey Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services throughout Central Florida. All services are subject to availability, proper site conditions, and weather permitting. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Actual costs may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required to schedule work, with final payment due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, factors beyond our control such as weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions may cause delays. We will communicate any scheduling changes promptly.
We stand behind the quality of our work with warranty coverage as outlined in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be clearly communicated before work begins. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature.
Robert Robey Concrete maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the scope of work outlined in your service agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage from causes beyond our control.
By engaging our services, you grant us access to your property for the duration necessary to complete the work. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and for securing pets and children during our work hours.
Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in adjusted pricing and timeline. We will provide a written change order for your approval before proceeding with additional work.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Florida.
